- 1 / 5By Kelsey CookI would give the staff here zero stars. I love the style and taste of Imos but if I order delivery but never get my pizza, how can I enjoy it? The lady who took my order did not repeat my address so I thought she heard me correctly the first time, however, as an hour passed I called back and was told that they were given the wrong address (and that other lady did repeat the address...) and the delievery driver was 80 and had no cell phone. I was told there were two options, I would be charged again to have the pizza remade and delievered once again or I would wait another hour and be delievered a cold pizza. Turns out the delievery driver decided to come to the right address with the cold pizza where I had to tell him I voided the order. Without a word he turned around and stomped off. Never calling Columbia IL Imos again.July 21, 2016
